Privacy notice
Last updated: October 2026
What we collect
- What you type into the form: property address, name, email, phone, brokerage, license number and notes.
- Technical details: country or region, browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address (to prevent abuse).
- If you arrive through a personal link in one of our emails, we record when that link was opened.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the report you asked for, and to reply to you.
- We don't sell or rent your information, or use it for third-party advertising.
- Reports are sent by private link only. We never publish anything about a specific address.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To analyse an address we send the address or coordinates — never your name or contact details — to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder, OpenStreetMap (Nominatim, Overpass) and the U.S. Geological Survey elevation service.
Retention and deletion
We keep request records for 24 months. To see or delete your information, email hello@streetqi.com; we respond within 30 days. California residents may exercise their rights under California law.
If you received an email from us and don't want more, reply "unsubscribe" or use the link in the email.
